Liquid Portal Duplicate Key Error (E11000)

This error occurs when your license is already registered to another account in Liquid Portal. A license can only be registered to one Liquid Portal account.

If you can no longer access your other account where the license is registered, contact us through our support portal so we can move your license from your account to a different account.
